We ship worldwide from New York, United States. Shipping carriers and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, let us know at support@cyboard.digital and we'll do what we can to accommodate you.

International Duties & Taxes

If duties and/or import taxes appear in your order total at checkout — or if your destination country does not impose import fees — your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). There will be no additional charges upon delivery.

If duties and import taxes are not charged at checkout and your destination country does impose import fees, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). In this case, you may need to pay additional fees upon delivery, including customs duties and VAT as determined by your country's customs authority, as well as brokerage and clearance fees charged by the courier. The HTS tariff code for keyboards is 8471.60.20, which you can use to estimate any applicable fees using an online duty calculator for your country.
