Notes for purchasing without switches and/or keycaps:
- Only MX switches (both 3 and 5 pin) are compatible. No Choc, Alps, or other switch types are supported.
- If you are supplying your own switches and purchased per-key RGB lighting, make sure you get switches that will allow the light to shine through. Many vendors offer "RGB" versions of their switches that accomodate this.
- The board is designed to work with uniprofile keycaps such as the provided DSA keycaps. Many other keycap profiles will work, but we can't guarantee that all 3rd party keycap sets will be compatible.

It's really good but it's not perfect, there are still things that I've found odd.
In terms of hardware, I understand that some of the decisions are for the sake of saving in terms of manufacturing costs such as having the same parts for both the left and right hand but I think it's so awkward and such a hassle that I have to flip the left hand parts, bending the ribbons at awkward angles.
I also wish that there was an instruction manual as getting the right position for the thumb keys took me a lot of trial and error, thankfully I can edit them in the Vial app but still very confusing. I wish the ribbon connectors are already angled to where they should go.
Nevertheless, the product is good, it's materials better than most, the customer support is great.
I'm sooo foreign to it that it's hard for me to have an opinion yet. It was easy to put together and the support was great.
I am new to the ortho keyboard world, but i am very already very happy with this keyboard. Here are a couple info that may be relevant :
- the finish on the resin is incredible. this was one of the main reason why i bought it and i'm happy to report that it look close to a plastic mold than a 3d print. the remaining lines are almost invisible.
- the keyboard kit does not include a guide, so you will need to figure some things out if you're new
- that being said, the customer support is incredible. i encountered a specific issue, and i was able to receive in depth assistant, and even offered to get new parts for the issue i had caused. i was able to fix my problem without them, but i would not have been to if not for the customer support.
All this to say that I am very satisfied with my new keyboard, even if I now need to relearn how to type. :)
