This is the best keyboard I have and I did not find something better.
Additionally, there is fast, competent customer support and an active community. I am very happy. This is very much worth 900 € and 6 weeks waiting time.

I have some challenging/unique hand geometry that makes using most keyboards very annoying and tiring for my hands. Cyboard was able to design something that's actually comfortable to use, which I wasn't sure was even possible!
Every part of this product feels well thought out and well made. The palm rests might look funky but they're very comfortable. The tenting solution is easy to use and sturdy. The hot-swap sockets are a great feature (although not great for my wallet since I keep wanting to try new switches!). The fact that they ship with Cyboard-branded cables is a small thing, but adds to the overall impression of quality (and the cables themselves are very nice).
Finally, the customer service. Cyboard is super communicative throughout the process, and sends you a viewable model of your board once the design is finalized. During the build process, they realized they had accidentally printed my case in nylon instead of PLA as I'd ordered; when they contacted me to let me know I offered to pay the difference in price (which is substantial), but they insisted on giving me the much nicer nylon case at no extra charge.
The Imprint is a superior product, and Cyboard is a superior company. They're not cheap, but they're worth every penny you spend, and probably quite a bit more.
After a decade of trying dozens of boards, this is it. Nothing else on the market comes close.
The F5 key cap broke during transport, so I had to replace it with one of the spare caps. Apart from this everything was fine. I really love my imprint. Still learning how to use it at it's full power, but getting better every day.

This is an amazing keyboard! Few weeks in, it works reliably without problems. The delivery was timely, the packaging is accurate and high quality. Erik was responsive and the order was easy to place. Highly recommend the Imprint and the shop.
