Replacement Wired Controller Unit

New version of the dual-usb wired controller with enhanced static electricity protection.

Handedness can be set in multiple ways in QMK: https://docs.qmk.fm/features/split_keyboard#setting-handedness.  This controller supports `SPLIT_HAND_PIN`, which is what the solder jumper is for.  Our default firmware images use `SPLIT_HAND_PIN`, but you can also use `EE_HANDS` if you don't wish to use it.  If you use `EE_HANDS`, the firmware will ignore the state of the jumper on the controller PCB.
